Had a cracking stay here! The breakfast was a braw spread, with fresh options that hit the spot. Staff were pure brilliant, always keen to help and make us feel welcome. Just a wee drawback—the bathroom curtain didn’t do much to keep the floor dry. a great experience!

The mountain views were amazing, but the bed was dirty on arrival.

I had a great one-night stay with comfortable, clean rooms, and a superb breakfast that was constantly replenished! the fridge in my room wasn't cooling properly.

Unfortunately, the place feels a bit worn out, and the breakfast selection could be better than the routine fare they offered. One morning, I struggled to get tea twice and the outside noise, especially the generator, made it hard to enjoy the peace and quiet I was looking for. I had a meal that disappointed. the butternut soup was poorly made and the fish was sub-par.

The location is great, right next to the rugby stadium, and there are excellent restaurants within walking distance. The room is spacious, and I found it comfortable to relax after a day of exploring.

The room had a lingering smell of tobacco smoke, which was not pleasant.

The staff provided an exceptional level of service, always friendly and welcoming, which truly enhanced the experience. The breakfast buffet was a standout, featuring a delightful array of fresh salads and delicious options. the dining service could use improvement, as there were some delays, and the restaurant seemed understaffed during peak times. While the location offered a peaceful atmosphere, the noise from outside occasionally interrupted the tranquility.

The staff was outstanding. They provided helpful service with genuine smiles. I lost a jacket and a laptop during my stay, both of which were promptly returned to me. The city view from my room was a fantastic sight every morning.

The room showed signs of wear and could benefit from a deep clean and some minor repairs.

Friendly staff and a lovely breakfast with a good variety of options. the location is perfect if you prefer peace without being far from the city. Great service throughout my stay.

Great spacious room with air conditioning, a coffee machine, and flat-screen TV. Loved the free gym access! The hotel has a nice seating area and private bathroom with all the essentials. Spa facilities looked nice too. Super convenient location, everything is close by. Friendly and welcoming staff. Perfect for business!

Breakfast from 3 am for race days was perfect!

The location is fantastic, just a stone's throw from the rugby and cricket stadiums and easy access to a nearby shopping mall. The breakfast buffets had a lot of variety, which I liked a lot. Staff were super friendly, really helped when I needed something.
